Privacy Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to Checklist Pro and related services operated by Wissing Holding. Checklist Pro is designed without user registration or account profiles. Through normal app use, Wissing Holding does not collect or retain personal user information.
Information Collection
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. Checklist Pro does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, password, or account profile.
Any lists, tasks, notes, progress information, colors, goals, or app preferences created in Checklist Pro remain local to the device and are not uploaded to Wissing Holding through normal app use.
Location Data
Checklist Pro does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-Party Access & Sharing
Because Checklist Pro does not collect personal user information through normal use, Wissing Holding does not sell or share such data with third parties. The app does not include advertising or tracking analytics for personal profiling.
Security
Because Wissing Holding does not maintain a personal-data database for Checklist Pro, there is no central repository of user task or note content held by the company. Users remain responsible for the security of their own device and any local backups they create.
Data Retention
No personal user data is retained by Wissing Holding through normal use of Checklist Pro. We do not maintain user accounts, cloud profiles, or a server-side database containing your lists, tasks, notes, progress information, or app preferences.
If you voluntarily contact Wissing Holding by email, the information contained in that correspondence may remain in the company’s email system only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, provide support, meet legal obligations, or maintain legitimate administrative records.
Data Deletion
Because Wissing Holding does not maintain a server-side personal profile for Checklist Pro, there is normally no account data on our systems that requires deletion.
Data created inside Checklist Pro can be removed from the device using the app’s own delete or clear functions where available, or by removing the application data from the device. Uninstalling the app also removes its local application data according to the device operating system.
If you voluntarily sent personal information to Wissing Holding by email, you may request deletion of that information where legally applicable by contacting support@wissingholding.site.
Children
Checklist Pro is not intended to collect personal information from children. Wissing Holding does not knowingly operate a personal-profile database for children or adults through normal use of the Application.
Policy Changes
Wissing Holding may update this Privacy Policy if the app, website, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
